Realtor® | The Bow Tie Group | Keller Williams Green Bay
I grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin – left for nearly six years, lived in Denver, studied abroad in the Netherlands, attended four universities across Wisconsin – and came back. Not because I had to. Because I chose to.
What brought me home was simple: my wife Amanda, my people, and my roots. But what I brought back with me was something different – a metropolitan mindset, a competitive edge sharpened in bigger markets, and a skill set built for places that most Northeast Wisconsin agents have never experienced. I came back to bring all of that here.
That’s the foundation of The Bow Tie Group.
THE BOW TIE – WHAT IT REALLY MEANS
The name wasn’t accidental. With my background in Communication, Public Relations, and Business Marketing, I knew from day one that I wanted to build something bigger than a name on a sign. A business built only on a person is always limited to that person – and I had bigger plans.
The bow tie itself? I learned to tie one from a YouTube video. That’s actually the point. A bow tie looks impossible until you know how to do it – and then it’s simple. That’s exactly what great real estate should feel like for my clients: something that looks complicated from the outside becomes clear, manageable, and even enjoyable when you have the right guide.
MY EDGE IN THIS MARKET
I’ve been through thousands of homes and hundreds of inspections across Northeast Wisconsin. That kind of intimate, ground-level knowledge means I can identify issues before they arise – and put my clients in the best possible position before they ever make a decision.
My ‘metropolitan’ approach matters here because I’ve seen what top agents are doing in markets that are six months to three years ahead of ours. I bring those trends and tactics back to Green Bay so my clients aren’t just competitive — they’re ahead.
For buyers, I always explain what I call the Three Levers: Location, Amenities, and Price. You typically only get to pull two of those three. Understanding which two are your priority — and being deeply educated on the property — is what puts you in the best position to win.
WHAT MY CLIENTS ACTUALLY EXPERIENCE
Over 95% of my business comes from referrals – friends, family, past clients, and even other agents. I’ve built a business where I spend essentially nothing on outward advertising. That’s not something I take lightly. It’s the ultimate measure of the work.
When a transaction is over, I want my clients to say one thing: ‘Wow, I can’t wait to share his information with anyone I know.’ If they had to describe the experience in one word? I’d want that word to be: Amazing.
“I want the entire experience to be something where clients look at it and go, ‘Wow – I didn’t think it was going to be this easy.'”
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
I’m a fortunate person who is married to my best friend, Amanda. We have two dogs – Sierra, our 12-year-old Australian Kelpie, and Apollo, our 4-year-old Mini Australian Shepherd. Outside of work, I love traveling, exploring the world, and enjoying food and drink with friends. I’m also passionate about fitness, whether that’s working out or playing soccer.
I’m driven by discipline and a deep belief that there is always an answer to every problem – it’s just a matter of whether everyone likes the answer. A solution always exists.

Get to Know Amanda
Amanda Young spent nearly a decade in libraries – and if you know anything about librarians, you know they are not the quiet, passive figures the stereotype suggests. They are researchers, problem-solvers, systems thinkers, and the first person anyone turns to when they don’t know where to start.
That is still exactly who Amanda is. The setting just changed.
As Director of Operations at The Bow Tie Group, Amanda is the reason a two-person real estate team can close 50+ transactions a year across multiple cities without a single detail slipping through the cracks. While her husband Alex is in front of clients – at showings, negotiations, and closing tables – Amanda is behind the scenes doing what she has always done best: taking complex information, digesting it quickly, and solving problems before anyone else has even noticed they exist.
She holds a Master of Library and Information Science and spent years building the organizational instincts that now power one of Northeast Wisconsin’s most referral-driven real estate businesses. She is currently doing what no one had done before her at The Bow Tie Group: documenting, systematizing, and building the infrastructure that transforms a great agent’s intuition into a repeatable, scalable business.
Amanda is also a runner – six half marathons and counting. A reader – 150+ books a year, with a particular love for romance novels. A Taylor Swift devotee. And a writer working toward her own published work someday, because of course she is.
She built her career around work-life balance not as a buzzword but as a genuine philosophy. After years in a role she loved but that rarely poured back into her, she made a deliberate choice: build something that sustains her as much as she sustains it. That means healthy boundaries, a calendar she actually respects, and the bonus of working alongside the person she loves most – even if his schedule and hers look nothing alike.
She is loyal, compassionate, and relentlessly dedicated. She is not an AI. And she is just getting started.
